An  update pushed out today by Google includes 13 functional patches for the Pixel devices. These are patches designed to improve the performance of the 2016, 2017 or 2018 Pixel models. For example, one of the patches improve the memory performance of the Pixel 2, Pixel 2 XL, Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. Some owners of these models have previously complained that they could not keep more than three apps open at one time. Some Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL devices have been known to redraw apps constantly.
