Android will have a whole new gesture system in place with Android Q. Along with that will come new animation for those who seek the help of  Google Assistant. Someone who posts on the "android_beta" subreddit with the name of u/Charizarlslie (via Android Police) created a GIF showing off the new gesture that opens the personal digital helper in Android Q beta 5 and the colorful animation that results.
